A Safe House is any place that you have gotten for yourself. It can be a ship, a ruinous building or even the most lavish of the houses. Having a Safe House gives you several advantages, but the main one is that your HP will replenish at the end of each Quest, as long as your character can return home to rest.

Several places sell furniture and mods that will improve your Safe House, some of these might even found or obtained as rewards after the completion of Quests. Regardless of how small your Safehouse is you'll be able to install as many furniture and mods as you want. Some Mods have several Levels, being better and more expensive the bigger the level.

Entrance door: The entrance door separates your safe room from the inhospitable wasteland.  Only someone who manages to lockpick the door or possesses the key will be able to cross it.  To attempt to lockpick it you need to make a 1d100 dice roll.

  • Lv1: Can be lockpicked with a dice roll of 25 or more. Comes included with the Safehouse.
  • Lv2: Can be lockpicked with a dice roll of 50 or more. It costs 500 caps.
  • Lv3: Can be lockpicked with a dice roll of 75 or more. It costs 1000 caps.
  • Lv4: Can be lockpicked with a dice roll of 100 or more. It costs 2500 caps.

Safe: Safes can be used to store caps or important items. All the Safes have magnetic locks that are impossible to lockpick and instead require a terminal to open or close. Only a hacker or the people who know the password will be able to open the door. To attempt to hack it you need to make a 1d100 dice roll.

  • Lv1: Can be hacked with a dice roll of 25 or more. It costs 250 caps.
  • Lv2: Can be hacked with a dice roll of 50 or more. It costs 500 caps.
  • Lv3: Can be hacked with a dice roll of 75 or more. It costs 1000 caps.
  • Lv4: Can be hacked with a dice roll of 100 or more. It costs 2500 caps.

Beds: Beds lets you be well rested before heading out and gives you more Experience Points if used before an adventure:

  • Lv1: +25% Exp. It costs 500 caps.
  • Lv2: +50% Exp. It costs 1000 caps.
  • Lv3: +75% Exp. It costs 2500 caps.
  • Lv4: +100% Exp. It costs 6000 caps.

Kitchen: Having a good meal let’s you be extra healthy. Eating let’s you start with more HP if used before an adventure:

  • Lv1: +25% HP. It costs 500 caps
  • Lv2: +50% HP. It costs 1000 caps
  • Lv3: +75% HP. It costs 2500 caps
  • Lv4: +100% HP. It costs 6000 caps

Auto-Doc: Let’s you be healed. It won’t work with Robots.

  • Lv1: Heals crippled limbs and 50% of total HP.  It costs 1000 caps
  • Lv2: Heals crippled limbs and all HP. It costs 2500 caps
  • Lv3: Heals crippled limbs and all HP. Cures addictions. It costs 6000 caps
  • Lv4: Heals crippled limbs and all HP. Cures addictions. Can install Bionic Implants. It costs 13000 caps

Robot Workbench: The analogous of an Auto-Doc for Robots. Let’s Robots be repaired. It will not work with Organic Creatures but can be used to install or repair Bionics.

  • Lv1: Heals crippled limbs and 50% of total HP.  It costs 1000 caps.
  • Lv2: Heals crippled limbs and all HP. It costs 2500 caps.
  • Lv3: Heals crippled limbs and all HP. Cures addictions. It costs 6000 caps.
  • Lv4: Heals crippled limbs and all HP. Cures addictions. Can install Bionic Implants. It costs 13000 caps.

Anti-Radiation Arch: As their name implies these Archs are able to clean radiation out of people or items.

  • Lv1: -25% Rad Points
  • Lv2: -50% Rad Points
  • Lv3: -75% Rad Points
  • Lv4: -100% Rad Points

Defensive turret: Defensive turrets can be placed in walls or ceilings to detect and stop any intruders. You can choose between Ballistic or Laser turrets.

  • Lv1: 250 HP / 50 points of ballistic or energy damage.
  • Lv2: 500 HP / 100 points of ballistic or energy damage.
  • Lv3: 750 HP / 200 points of ballistic or energy damage.
  • Lv4: 1000 HP / 400 points of ballistic or energy damage.

Power armor station: Let’s you maintain, repair and upgrade power armors.

Sewing Machine: Let’s you create and repair clothing and light armor. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Armor workshop: Let’s you repair medium and heavy armor. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Ammo workshop: Let’s you create ballistic ammo. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Weapon Workshop: Let’s you create, mod and repair weapons. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Small Generator: Let’s you create energy ammo, except flamer fuel. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Biodiesel distiller: Let’s you create flamer fuel; can also be used to recharge Jump-packs, Dash-packs and Jet-packs. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Chemistry Station: Let’s you create chems, poisons and medicines. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Distillery: Let’s you create alcohol. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Hydroponic Garden: Let’s you grow vegetables and small fruits that can be later eaten or sold. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Rainwater collector: Let’s you collect rainwater that can be later drunk or sold. Creating these items requires some money as you need to buy resources to build them but at the end it is worthy, as items created this way are 25% cheaper.

Ham Radio: Let’s you communicate with other persons that also possess this type of radio.

Weight Bench: Lifting some weights gives you +1 STR if used before the start of an Adventure.

Power cycle: Cycling for a while gives you +1 END if used before the start of an Adventure.

Working bathroom: Showering, shaving, fixing your hair and cleaning your face gives you +1 CHA if used before the start of an Adventure.

Pommel Horse: Training for a while gives you +1 AGL if used before the start of an Adventure.

Chess Video-game: Playing against the machine AI gives you +1 INT if used before the start of an Adventure.

Eye Drops: Applying some of these eye drops helps your eyes to stay healthy, clean and gives you +1 PER if done before the start of an Adventure.

Small Shrine: Praying for luck to the Wasteland Gods or your ancestors gives you +1 LCK if done before the start of an Adventure.
